You of course know your mood will lift with time. But, how to bounce it sooner than later.

You know better than any of us. As Numbnms says, "Don't wait for the storm to pass. Dance in the rain." You could try that.

Making music - singing or playing my horn - can lift my mood. I'm always a big one for hugs. Play with a pet.

Or, just bawl your eyes out. Maybe it's what you need to do now. Then you'll bounce back.

Sometimes hard exercise helps. Push yourself until you're panting, perspiring and your heart is pounding.

Or, make sure you've had something to eat and enough to drink.

Just some thoughts.
