I did a lot of snooping during our divorce. Before he was forced out of the house (order of protection) I went through all of his rehab papers and made copies of everything. It was very helpful to the court-ordered psychologist to see he felt suicidal, blamed me for everything, etc. I also called the county to get updates of his car accidents and tickets.

He had his 9th car accident in 3 years just last week. He's actually in a hospital in Michigan as we speak.
