Yup. That sounds about right. Your psyche is telling you something. You've been whacked hard. Now you need to put yourself back together. Your psyche knows what to do and you're doing it. If you need to cry then, for heaven's sake, let it out. You will be better for it. Self-pity, sad songs, any feeling needs to be indulged. Denial won't help. It thoroughly stinks!
