Sorry to hear you lost your new job. I too am trying to start my new life. In the middle of my divorce I lost a job I loved when the company that I worked for for 10 years shut down. Now that my divorce is final I am looking for a new job that I can stay with for years like my old one. I already quit one place because I knew I would not be happy there. So the search continues!! It just sucks to have to take a pay cut but that's what happens when you leave a job of 10 years and get something new.

Think of it this way.....the place you were at is obviously a unreasonable place to work. Sounds like they would be real A-Holes to deal with on a daily basis. Go and find a nice place to work. Good luck!!
