I am so sorry to hear about you losing your job. I don't know if you would even want to work in a place like that but have you considered looking into checking about your rights. One mistake- no matter how big, and no written warning resulting in immediate termination sounds a little harsh to me. If they are tramping on your rights you may be entitled to compensation. Just a thought.
