I agree with Took, better to find out after only 45 days that they have unrealistic expectations. It hurts to be told you aren't good enough. Well, just think of it this way, they are not good enough to have a dedicated employee like yourself.

I truly believe when one door closes another opens up. May it be a door to a caring company who will be so fortunate to have you as a valuable member of their team.
