Sorry about all the $h!t going on for you. None of the forum welcome wagon seem to be around and I kind of suck at the nicey-nice stuff... but my own advice is this... set a time line.. a date.. you can't stay with her too long or it might [censored] you. If the house isnt sold by X date.. leave anyways. Have an option B.. maybe try to rent it or if you want it maybe you could look for a roommate (unless of course you've read Chefgirls posts about roommates)..
