I understand my husband's point, he doesn't want to (& we can't afford to)be supporting 2 households. We are going to try a shortsale, but that means the house has to be presentable. They are not helping the matter where that is concerned. In fact, they are making it worse. (My daughter's BF tossed his empty plastic cup into the woods while I was sitting in the driveway. I asked him to please not mess up my house-his response "it is not YOUR house anymore".)
