i was marrried in tennessee,lived there with him 3 years,after that time,we needed a divorce,so i moved back home to alabama near 7 months ago. he said he would take care of the divorce stuff,,well after keepin on him to do it,,,the papers was finally processed,,, tennesse did not appprove our divorce for the reason of the length of time between the papers being drawn up and filed. and due to the fact i moved back home and live here now they claim ill have to get a lawyer and refile,to wich i cant afford a lawyer.my question is,,now that i live in alabama for near 7 months,can i just start all over on divorce papers and file them here in alabama?
