Any chances he can sue me for alimony?

He has a high school education and has not been employeed really since we married, I make close to six figures and have always paid the bills. I think his incarceration will void this point but is there any chance a judge might grant him something. All property is in my maiden name because it was purchased before the marriage therefore it's mine right? We have been married for 4 years 4 months.
