I’m going through a divorce in pa. We are just getting into the settlement stage. My question is. If I get remarried will my X be able to stake claim on my new spouse’s income? Will the courts consider my new spouse’s income partly mine and recalculate my income and adjust the amount of support I’m required to pay?
