There is no substitute for a paper check with the purpose written on the memo line and a signature on the back for a judge to hold in his hand and look at. Judge might even believe her, but can't ignore an irrefutable piece of hard evidence or you have basis for appeal.

Give the checks to your attorney for court, he will put them in her face and give a copy to the judge to look at while she spins her obvious lies on the stand.

CS better paid through state, they will take some away from her, it will take her longer to receive, and she cannot lie about you not paying. Easier if you need to get it lowered due to change of circumstances too, contact state and atty right away.

Keep the original checks forever. Scan and print copies for use other than court. Don't write anything else on them!
