Do the judges in Maricopa County tend to follow the draft SM guidelines? I was told that there were unofficial guidelines to calc likely SM awards -- barring spouse disability or a special needs child.

The formula is 1.5 * years of marriage * difference in income.

Sound familiar?

I'm trying to be generous above those guidelines, but the Ex is demanding much more. I need to see where I stand. Lawyer won't give any predictions...just doom and gloom scenarios.
