And Chatter - yours is a lesson others should see in writing. At all times during your divorce and custody issues, keep copies of EVERYTHING you send to anybody. Do not let anything out of your sight without a copy.

I do think this needs to be escalated to your lawyer. Does the GAL have a supervisor that you can speak to about the process? Not to complain about what is being done or not done, but a question of what to expect when. Then you can ask:

- Is it normal to not have done any interviews within 30 days of appointment?
- Is it normal for evals to be ordered in excess of the two done already?
