My stbx is filing for divorce and wants 50/50 custody of our almost 2-year-old daughter. I was told he would still have to pay child support because our daughter is accustomed to living a certain way. Is this true? Even with 50/50 (or as close to 50% as possible) custody, is there a chance he'd still have to pay?
