I read a story this year. The story was basically the grandfather was lying on behalf of the son as to employment. Basically same granddad employed dad paid peanuts, but under the table paid dad. Guess what granddad was the one having to pay large sum for covering. They went after him bc bigger pockets he owned the company. Key though is did he lie in court? Get him up there to lie
