Is there any method to go back and receive retro-active child support in a situation where the other party did not report substantial gains of salary, over a period of years? Our child support calculation was based on income that doubled for the other parent the very next year. Without having knowledge of this increase in income it sure seems negligent based on the timing, etc. I am the custodial parent and the non-custodial parent did not report this salary increase, now in over three years. So, the child is left in the dark. |
