What a buttwad...can't call the kids for weeks and makes no effort before to communicate with me on any issues whether that be our sons health, school or visitation. Now all of a sudden when he gives a date and wants an answer, he can call every day and sometimes 2x's a day. He doesn't have a clue when the kids are out of school for the summer (he'd been told in the past & where to look for school info)...and now expects me to do the research for him and is requesting the first 4 weeks of summer when I simply told him the date he requested was not pheasible as the kids were still in school during that time. Conveniently my cell phone died right after telling him that.
No court order = no visitation...let him figure it out.
