Son is 9 and she has taken him against a court order saying that he was to be in my custody. When I did get to talk to him on the phone he was begging me to come get him and bring him home. Right now she has had him for two and a half weeks. When she is only suppose to have him every other weekend. She is refusing to return him stating that he is fine right where he is at. The police are of no help and said that they wouldn't get involved in a civil matter even though I have the court order signed by the judge. Getting to where I have little patience for the police right now where she is at.
I miss my son so much and want him to be back home.
