You are correct, he was given less visitation time and had to pass drug tests in order to get overnights and more time(actually he agreed to it in the settlement because that's what the evaluator recommended. He's very creepy to be around not to mention dangerous.)

Just start documenting all your prrof. I had a 4" binder I gave the court-ordered psychologist with proof. She just sighe and said it wasn't the first time she had received a binder like that! (That was one of the best things I did in the whole divorce along with getting the order of protectino.)
