My Financial Affidavit question is this.
Firstly my 'respondent' felt she did not need to supply a sworn Financial Affidavit, then when forced to submit she filed a useless piece of paper with out any supporting evidence. Now my attorney is going for a court hearing date to Compel her to file a Financial Affidavit. The Question here is this time delaying tactic what are the implications to her cost wise, and if she still fails to submit what then are the consequences ?
