If your getting a divorce then why should you expect your x to support your living a certain life style? Don't you think you should look at making a life of your own with your own resources?
Generally in Florida they look at spousal support as a crutch to gain better skills to be able to support yourself, such as going to school or learning a trade. Not to give you the life you've grown accustomed to. If you have both worked I doubt you will get it.
