I went to my attorney last week, and she told me that in Norfolk county I am entitled to alimony. The way the alimony works is whatever your income is, they deduct that amount from his income and what is left over is split between the 2 of you. Now you will have equal pay. Also because you have been married for more that 20 years, you get it for life. Just be careful if you wind up making more than him, he could turn around and do it to you.
