Well, my friend's expenses were never looked at when they were at domestics- for child support. They never looked at his expenses at all. They just went off of what he made- looked at pay stubs- and went by WHAT SHE SAID for her income. It's one sided. I have heard of someone getting more due to a new spouse's income. I don't think it's fair.
I feel for you on the ex not letting go. Know all too well on that one- new things in your life will cause this...until she does let go...if ever!
