Need help finding lawyer in Barnstable Co. area who has actual divorce experience under OPM and CSRS requirements. I have spoken to four so far and they appear weak, no case experience. Probate Court people also seem blank about OPM and 5 U.S.C. Any Federal government and USPS employees who got divorced should have had OPM/CSRS qualified lawyer. Help ASAP!!!
