Just another case of where the system is literally broken. DNA proves the child is not his, and the girl's mother even filed an affadavit saying he is not the father, yet the state feels the need to still go after the man. Why? Because the time passed for him to contest the paternity EVEN THOUGH he didn't get the paperwork until AFTER the deadline passed. So not only was his constitutional rights trampled on, but the "system" still insists on throwing salt in the wounds. Utterly sickening to think we live in a country where freedom rings, yet one class of honest, law-abiding citizens are treated as criminals.
