So lets say that all of this money is more than you can pay for the rest of your life? Will Jail change your train of thought? I mean if you go to jail for not paying vs murder what is the least amount you have to serve. All I am saying is this is how some people look at it.

I just saw in the news that a guy was just ordered to pay a huge sum of money, sorry I don't have the total, but he flew to Cali and shot her in the head. I wonder what the jail time is for not paying vs the jail time he is going to get for murder. I am not trying to justify his actions just trying to think about what he was thinking. I mean if he just paid that amount of money what would his life be worth versus jail time. I mean is life fun if you are busting your ass and paying more than you can afford for the rest of your life or just sitting in jail. I don't know.

I do know, Who wants to get there child taken away then forced to pay? Maybe instead of enforcing a broken system we re-work the system. Probable cut down on some murders.
