Well, I would tell her that unless it is in the court order, you aren't giving it to her.

And if she takes you to court, I don't think a judge will award it to her.

How much money she chooses to spend on gifts for the kids is up to her and either comes from her earnings or the child support.

And how much money you decide to spend on the kids for gifts is entirely up to you.
