Back in April '06, my wife decided that after being married for 23 years that she needed to find herself. Well in May she moved out of the house, moved into an apartment and left me with our son who is 15. Well needless to say I decided in October to have her move back into the house and me move out. Since, I rarely see my son, am paying the mortgage on the house, and also giving her a additional amount of money to help with the bills and provide support for my son.... My question are many (1) what exactly would she be entitled to upon divorce, (2) the house is solely in her name yet, I'm paying the mortgage. what would I be entitled to, (3) I'm also retired military therefore I also received retirement pay, would she get 50% and I guess I already know she would be entitled to medical from me til death does her part. (4) since she walked out does that change what she would get (5) spousal support ????
