I'm in a real bind right now. My ex has asked to have the kids for the whole holiday. Christmas is on a monday and that weekend before is his weekend. Our divorce papers says that we have to agree on a holiday schedule and if we can't we have to follow the friend of the courts guidlines. I have told him this because I want at least one day with my kids for christmas. He said that it isn't fair because I had the kids last christmas and it's his turn. Well we weren't divorced yet, so that's why I had the kids. The problem I'm having is that he lives in Toledo and I'm afraid if he takes them on friday he will not bring them home sunday or christmas morning. What should I do?
