He has his military retirement...nineteen years and seven months worth or almost 50% of that retirement could be awarded to you since it is considered marital property. But any retirement you may have coming from your job, well the same applys for him...I am sorry for your situation...38 years married..sometimes people do crazy things, but when they finally come to their senses it is usually too late. Chances are by the time he comes knocking on your door, you won't care anymore. Hang in there and stay focused...you will survive this.
