What you are going to have to do, is one, show she is unfit. Second, have someone that will care for your child when you are deployed, be it family, or good friend. If you have proof she is unfit, your halfway there. Iam a retired Army SFC and know what the rules are. Its the State your divorce is in that makes the decisions. So you have to have someone that will stand up and say I will fill the role of parent if your gone. Good luck, your in a fight for your kids life, go at it like you would any other fight.
