I was in the service for a time, and a lot depends on what the state you file in has to say. And with the military that depends on what state you have listed as your residency. Unless there are apparent and understandable reasons that the military should take his side against you, then normally they won't. Honestly, form their point of view they want you to take your divorce ( and kids if any) and leave their soldier alone so that his time is theirs. Nathan |
