My lawyer left me (see other posts) and I have decided to go it on my own. Frankly, other then a few filings, she just cost me several thousand dollars to argue on my behalf with the other lawyer and I see no value in that.

I do need direction or guidance on filing of motions though. Where can I go for help?

The MN courts say, "go to the law library" but they just point me indiscriminately at a huge volume of books to read. Is there a "filing motions 101" I can read?
