Just a note,

The County Attorney would not say whether he would prosecute against my wife for depriving me of my parental rights unless he had the case sent to him by the police. The police said they wont send the case to him.

What do you do here?

If I were to keep my daughter 10 minutes longer then stated, I would be locked up. But she can prevent me from seeing my daughter for months and all I can do is whine to the judge.
