The father of my two children lives in Nevada. I recently filed for child support. It took me a very long time to find him. Hence, are there situations where back child support can be obtained although there was no order in place? The state I am living in could not find him either.
Also, if I submitted his address etc., how long does it usually take NV to get things moving?
I'd appreciate any advice.
