I have turned al my iras and retirements , pay stubs, monthly living expenses, etc. Why is there a deposition. Plus I live out of state now and am 5 hours away. I have been to 3 hearings that have all laste a total of 15 min combined and I have yet to talk or see any magistrate or judge. It has been a total waste of time. Can I do a deposition by phone or mail. I don't have time to miss another day or 2 of work for this nonsense.Please someone who has gone thru this give me some good advice. Also I am thinking of droping my lawyer and doing the rest of this myself. Is this a bad idea. I think I can do abetter job and also be more prepared. I have studied the laws for a year now and think I know what to do. Any comments. Thanks
