As far as I know you can file for the separation and dissolution and then if he doesn't sign it will still happen. Am I right you guys??? I always heard on here and other places that if someone files for divorce or dissolution or whatever then if the other doesn't sign it will still go through after like a thirty day waiting period?? I think that I am telling you correctly. However, another thing you said, he hasn't lived there for two years... if he hasn't given you any money or anything either then you file abandonment for your divorce. At least that is the way it is in TN, not sure in your state but you can check on that easily, type in abandonment in your google bar or wherever and search it.
