I need an answer from any one who might know. My daughter is now 19 and had moved out from her dad's house as soon as she was 18 and she was found to be emancipated and I was relieved from child support. Now her aunt is calling my house and stated I have to pay for her college. It was not stated in the divorce nor in the child support order that I would be responsible for her college so what do I do? Can her aunt try to sue me?
