Someone actually called me back from the IRS Disclosure office and they said because we filed separate returns (His idea, not mine!) he would have to give authorization for me to get his returns. Well I know the answer to that so I will just subpoena him to turn them over!
I noticed it wasn't in the Request for Production (Discovery)!
