I know it's been over 6 months since this post but my divorce is finally coming to a close. Well after going to court for the preliminary hearing my STBX then decided she did not want to go back to court again and finally would talk settlement. I guess her lawyer finally got through to her and she accepted that she was not gonna get much out of this. Even the judge at the hearing said "this seems like it should be very simple and can and should be worked out between the 2 parties". We finally worked out a settlement, I gave her five grand to get the fu*k out of my life once and for all and her lawyer told her to accept it. That's it. We signed the papers yesterday and I can finally move on with my life.

She put me through hell though. You would think the person who walks out on the marriage (her) would want to settle things ASAP but she dragged this sh!t on for almost 2 years. She got pissed that I met someone new and moved on with my life. She got no spousal support and nothing from MY house.
She can have fun living in her tiny apartment scraping by just to pay her rent. The 5 grand I gave her to get the fu*k out of my life will cover just 5 months of her rent.LOL

I will never get married again.
