I was trying to get her to take some $$$$$ just to end this bullsh!t but she would not talk to me at all. My lawyer wrote letters to her lawyer saying we sould all sit down and work out a deal and all her lawyer would do is write back saying "my client has no interest negotiating under these circumstances" I was like "what circumstances are they talking about" EVERY time I tried to call her she would hang up on me. This went on from May of '07 until Feb of this year. She new I wanted to get this behind me so she dragged it out all she could just to spite me. Going to court forced her to deal with it. I am SO HAPPY I am rid of her.
