I bought the house in my name only and was given 3 acres by my parents.Can she do this if she had her name on my checking account but I made all payments while we lived together 6 mths before marrying? Also can I put my parents on the deed so she can't make me move if she ends marriage? I live in NC Help, I want to keep land in my family and not have her family kick me out and move in. Help
