in my sitch, me and mt STBX still live in the same house. I pay all of the bills until my D becomes final (I filed in Oct 07). Since I considered us separated a year ago, I will be asking for (Epstein) credits to have my STBX pay for one half of the bills I have been paying since being separated.

She is basically using the house as a place to lay her head while she continues to "play with her male friend."

I am living like a "head of household" dad taking care of everything until our D is done (hopefully in the next month).
