I have been separated for approx 14 months (still married on paper so she gets Ins). She says once our youngest is out of school she is moving to another state, 4 years.

I am looking at going forward with the paperwork but I am concerned about the house. She lives there now with the kids. The big question is what do I do in the mean time? Do I put the house in my name on the deed? Do I refinance and have my name on the loan? I earn most of the money and am paying her much more then I am sure I would HAVE to but I want things to stay as close to "normal " for the kids.
