My daughter and her husband have been separated for over two years and still haven't started divorce proceedings. They have no shared property, no kids, no problems with each other, so they don't plan on contesting anything. This should be the absolutely simplest divorce possible. These two just procrastinate endlessly and also have very little money to spend on the divorce. I've read some of the other posts about filing the papers yourself and I can't see either of these two going through that process, so I think they really need a lawyer. Does anyone know of a decent not too expensive lawyer in the Greenville area?
