Your brother is probly right. Sound like my X except the first five or six times she had a lawer and a good one at that. The judge jut kept warning her and I just kept missing visitation. The old judge retired and the new one didn't put up with her @#$%. The new judge warned her one time and then put her in Jail for 56 days and gave me custody. Do not do anything to screw it up for yourself. Stay calm and document everything.
