I reside in Alabama, and that is where i'm court ordered to pay child support. My 2 children are 16 and 19. My son is to drop from support, but my ex is un-cooperative, and i have to make a modification to remove him from support, and remove $280.00/mo. child care that is still on the previous order. When the children were small, she relocated without my consent, and moved to Texas. Can i have to Alabama order filed in Texas, and do my modification there, to take advantage of the 18 year age of majority there, instead of the 19 year age of majority in Alabama?
