Well I spoke to an attorney yesterday and she said due to the fact that I wrote the abstract for the patent, made all contact to get the web page designed and active, paid the designer myself, that I "enhanced" his product. So once we get the market analysis from the company who is interested in the product, a dollar amount, we should be able to see how much the "enhancement" helped him out. Thanks for your advice.
