I cannot afford an attorney and I have been doing my research for the past 12+months. I'm filing for divorce on Thursday, our 12mo seperation date. He is contesting the divorce, b/c he wants us to get back together. After 11years of abuse, my daughters and I are out for good!

I have many papers filled out and just don't know which ones I have to turn in when I file for divorce. I wish my ex would just sign the papers, but he is refusing. he is meeting with his attorney for the first time on the same day i'm filing.
